Matthew Fisher is the Director of Hospitality Sales & Marketing at TIPtech. He is responsible for developing strategic sales and marketing objectives, while establishing sales territories and quotas, managing budgets and evaluating sales performance for UNW Inc.’s hospitality department. Additionally, Mr. Fisher is responsible for managing and developing hospitality marketing programs and materials such as advertising, event support and online promotions.


Prior to joining TIPtech, Matthew Fisher served as the Director of Sales for the Garden City Hotel, Long Island’s leading and luxurious Four Diamond-hotel, bringing with him 20 years of sales, marketing, customer service and hospitality management experience. His 8 years of success in that position can be attributed to his aspirations to achieve the highest standard of service for his clients and guests. Formerly the General Manager and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Morrell Caterers as well as Director of Corporate Sales for The Excelsior, Skyline Hotels and Hersha Hospitality Trust, Mr. Fisher wields extensive experience in promoting growth, both in limited and full-service establishments. He was responsible for spearheading the first outside sales program for The Excelsior and Skyline Hotels as well as successfully surpassing budget expectations with an emphasis of driving new business from corporate, GDS, consortia, SMERF and government markets. His in-depth knowledge of designing and developing sales plans across the hospitality industry allows him to capitalize within a broad market spectrum. Mr. Fisher concurrently serves as the Area Director of Corporate Group Sales for Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions, which owns and manages 56 hotels across the United States. Matthew is a member of HSMAI, MPI, NYCBTA, and the Garden City Chamber of Commerce.
