Brandon Wergeles is the Director of Hospitality Development at TIPtech. He is responsible for developing and strengthening internal and external relationships with strategic partners, clients and prospects to generate demand, interest and revenue opportunities within the hospitality industry. Central to his mission is a steadfast alignment with TIPtech's ethos of delivering unparalleled hospitality experiences.

With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Wergeles brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Throughout his tenure as Vice President at STARR Restaurants, he consistently drove his career forward with a deep-seated passion for innovation, particularly within its diverse portfolio of restaurants, bars, and events venues. His journey includes a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and forging strong partnerships with owners, operators, and vendors. Before assuming a broader role within STARR Restaurants in 2016, he honed his skills at TaoGroup Hospitality, where he swiftly ascended the ranks from Beverage Director to General Manager of Lavo Restaurant. This experience equipped him with invaluable insights into operations, guest relations, and strategic leadership within high-profile dining establishments.  By cultivating a culture of excellence and harnessing expertise in hospitality and food service, he played a pivotal role in fostering the continuous growth and prosperity of premiere hospitality brands.
