Elizabeth de Sesa is the Director of Customer Service and TIPtech Manager. She is responsible for the total corporate client relationship, influencing corporate activities of customer relations in calls, sales, billing, fulfillment and post-sales support, ultimately guiding the company’s best practice processes needed to address customer needs. Additionally, Ms. de Sesa coordinates TIPtech's workforce, working behind the scenes to solve problems, mediate disputes, and deal with issues.
Prior to joining the TIPtech team, Ms. de Sesa owned and operated her own successful medical diagnostic imaging company, which has serviced all of New York State’s five boroughs since 2013. She oversaw and managed all personnel, accounts, medical and financial infrastructure. Prior to starting her own company, and while serving as a lead technician for one of the largest medical diagnostic companies in New York, Ms. de Sesa received her ARDMS national board certification in physics and OB GYN. She also holds an Associate’s degree in computer engineering from ITT Tech.
