DIRECTOR OF Site Development & Construction

Hernan Lucero is the Director of Site Development and Construction at TIPtech. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of building functions and guarantees the safety and functionality of all facilities. Additionally, he coordinates with the leadership team to plan and execute installations, run routine safety inspections, correspond with contractors, plan maintenance work and maintain records.
 
Prior to joining TIPtech, Mr. Lucero has worked as both a facilities manager and project manager for numerous building and construction projects. He has extensive experience as an independent consultant for various developers and builders, specializing in problem solving, systems integration, and disaster planning. Hernan has a strong working knowledge in various trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and installations. He holds an OSHA 30 certification as well as a NYC Site Safety Trained card.
